Do I need a subscription?
No. Senite is credit-based — you top up your own balance whenever you want, with no recurring subscription or seat to manage.
Do I get free credits when I sign up?
Yes, a one-time credit bonus is granted when you create your account.
What happens if a job fails partway through?
Credits are only held, not spent, until a job finishes. If it fails, the held credits are returned to your balance in full.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-job?
Processing stops automatically once your balance runs out — there are no surprise charges or negative balances from file processing.
Can I get a refund?
Credits and payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You can see exactly what a task will cost with the estimate below before you start.
How do I know what something will cost before I start?
